We take the health and safety of our customers and our staff seriously and prioritize the well-being of our technicians and your family above all else. Therefore, we are making some changes to our services.
Over the past several days as more information on the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is being disseminated by the federal, state and local governments, there has been a push to classify industries as essential or non-essential. Those deemed as essential can continue to operate as more quarantines and restrictions are put in place. The National Pest Management Association firmly believes that structural pest control is an essential industry that must continue to provide the valuable services we offer during this pandemic. For residential customers, generally our services can be done on the exterior of homes so we can still keep you pest free.
We will continue to treat the exterior of your home, but we are going to temporarily stop interior treatments unless you specifically request these services. If you feel you need interior treatments, please contact us so that we can create a plan and a schedule that works for you.
We have also suspended customer signature capture but have instructed technicians to capture the full name of person checked in or out with (for accounts and services where signatures are required).
In addition to our regular services we receive from a professional cleaning crew, all our team members frequently wipe down and/or sprays "high-touched" areas and equipment.
We are encouraging our team and clients, including their children, experiencing any symptoms affiliated with these illnesses to stay at home and seek medical attention.
As an essential service, we are committed to remaining open during these unprecedented times to serve our community. We have plans in place to help prevent any disruption of service to the greatest extent possible. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you up to date as circumstances evolve.
